Pamlico Capital Names Stuart Christhilf as Chief Operating Officer
Pamlico Capital is pleased to announce that it has created a new Chief Operating Officer role and that Stuart Christhilf has been promoted to the position. The creation of the new role supports Pamlico's continued growth and success, and is a natural step in the evolution of the firm. As a partner and longtime member of the firm, Stuart's understanding of the investment process and our culture position him well to support the continual improvement of Pamlico's operations.
In this new capacity, Stuart will have responsibility for Pamlico's human capital, information technology, portfolio monitoring, marketing, and certain other fund administration functions. His focus will be on improving the firm's operating model, enhancing our investor relations and portfolio reporting functions, developing our human capital resources, and implementing best practices. Stuart will continue to serve on his existing portfolio company boards through their full holding period, but will look to take on his new responsibilities in the coming weeks and months.

Over the last few years, we have focused on investing in our future, most notably through the hiring of several new investment professionals, operating resources, and advisory board members. Stuart's new role supports this commitment and affords Pamlico the additional capacity and focus to leverage these investments and support growth going forward.
Stuart has been with the group since 2003, became a partner in 2014, and has been involved in numerous aspects of the business and many successful investments over his tenure. Prior to joining Pamlico Capital, Stuart held various investment banking roles with several leading commercial banks. Stuart received a BS degree with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington and Lee University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He currently also serves on the board of Crisis Assistance Ministry in Charlotte, NC.
