JAG-ONE Physical Therapy

JAG-ONE is the leading provider of comprehensive outpatient physical and occupational therapy through a network of clinics in the Northeast (New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania). JAG-ONE specializes in providing care for general orthopedic, sports and soft tissue injuries, Worker’s Compensation cases, and Medicare patients. JAG-ONE was formed in 2018 by the merger of two independent practices, Jag Physical Therapy and One on One Physical Therapy. Pamlico initially invested in PT Administrative Services, which provides non-clinical management and administrative services to JAG-ONE, in 2018 and exited in 2022.
