Socket and IdeaTek are providers of fiber-based high-speed internet services to residential and commercial customers in Missouri and Kansas. The companies serve more than 65,000 residential and commercial subscribers. We pursued these transactions in partnership with Jim Gleason and the rest of his management team, who we have previously partnered with at Vexus Fiber and NewWave Communications. Pamlico invested in Socket and IdeaTek in 2025.
