The Company’s highly advanced Care Center processes over two million medical alert and telehealth signals annually and is staffed 24x7x365 by a group of highly skilled healthcare professionals. Pamlico initially invested in VRI in 2014 and exited in 2021 when the Company was acquired by ModivCare.
